Q1.The smart lock can't bind with APP?
Download and install the APP in a official market (Googleplay and AppleStore). Make sure that Bluetooth and GPS are turned on during APP operation. When binding, make sure that the device number is the same as the lock body number. In addition, if you encounter compatibility issues, please give us feedback in time. It is recommended that users use mobile phones above Android 6.0. It is recommended to upgrade to version 10.x or higher for iPhone.
Q2.Why is my phone slow to connect to Bluetooth?
Since the smart lock is battery-powered, it usually takes 3 to 5 seconds for the mobile APP to search for Bluetooth to access it. If the APP starts the connection for the first time, it often takes longer, which is normal. In addition, the Bluetooth compatibility of individual brands of mobile phones may be worse, which will also cause slower connections. Or when the surrounding wireless environment is bad (when there are a lot of 2.4G wireless devices nearby), the access speed will also be reduced. There are also a few mobile phone models that cannot be connected to the fingerprint lock at all. This is due to differences in the implementation of Bluetooth specifications by various manufacturers. We do not guarantee that all mobile phones can connect to the Bluetooth smart lock normally.
Q3.How many mobile phones can be connected to each lock?
A lock can bind up to 10 mobile phones, but only one mobile phone can be connected to the lock at a time.
Q4.How many locks can be managed for each phone?
There is currently no limit to how many locks can be bound to each phone, but we still recommend not to manage too many locks at the same time.
Q5.Is there a limit on the number of Bluetooth key sharing?
There is currently no limit to the number of BLE share keys that customers can share, but a maximum of 10 one-time keys can be shared within 24 hours. Keys beyond 10 can be shared and generated, but the door cannot be opened.
Q6.Can a BLE share key expire early within the validity period?
If the temporary key that has been shared is to be invalidated in advance, the only way is to rebind the lock with the administrator's phone, or another user forcibly binds it as the new administrator.
Q7.Why can't my Apple phone share the key directly to WeChat?
WeChat currently has a problem with Apple’s system sharing support. This problem can be solved through the clipboard. When you click the share button, the APP will copy the text content to the clipboard, just select "Paste" on the WeChat side.
Q1.APP无法绑定蓝牙锁怎么办?
在合规的市场(目前已经上架的市场有华为,腾讯,小米,谷歌,苹果)下载并正确安装APP,APP运行期间要确保蓝牙,GPS处于打开状态。绑定的时候确保设备编号和锁身编号一致。另外如果碰到兼容性问题,请及时和我们反馈。建议用户最好是使用安卓6.0以上手机。苹果手机建议升级到10.x以上版本。
Q2.为什么我的手机连接蓝牙比较慢?
由于智能锁是电池供电的,手机APP从搜索蓝牙到接入一般都需要3~5秒钟的时间,如果是APP第一次启动连接往往还需要更长时间,这是正常的。另外,个别品牌手机蓝牙兼容性可能会差一些,也会导致连接比较慢。或者周围无线环境比较恶劣(附近有大量2.4G无线设备的时候)时,也会降低接入速度。也有少数手机型号完全无法连接指纹锁,这都是由于各个厂家对蓝牙规范的实现差异造成的。我们不保证所有的手机都可以正常连接蓝牙智能锁,如果您有这方面的问题,请和我们联系4008-868-188。

Q3.每把锁最多可以连多少个手机?
一把锁最多可以绑定10个手机,但是同一时刻只有一个手机可以连接锁。
Q4.每个手机最多可以同时管理多少把锁?
目前并没有限制每个手机可以绑定多少个锁,但我们还是建议不要同时管理太多的锁。
Q5.蓝牙钥匙分享有个数限制么?
目前并不限制客户分享蓝牙钥匙的个数,但是一次性密钥在24小时内只能最多分享10个。超出10个之外的密钥可以分享生成,但是无法开门。
Q6.已经分享的临时钥匙,是否可以在有效期内让它提前失效?
已经分享出去的临时钥匙,如果要让它提前失效的唯一办法就是管理员手机重新绑定该锁,或者另外一个用户强行绑定为新的管理员。
Q7.为什么我的苹果手机无法把密钥直接分享到微信?
微信对苹果的系统分享支持目前有点问题,这个问题可以通过剪贴板来解决。点击分享按钮的时候,APP会把文字内容复制到剪贴板,只要在微信侧选择“粘贴”就可以了。长期来看还是需要微信的开发商来解决。
